Spraying is all about Technique!
On top of distance, speed and triggering you also need to think about your body position..
Your movements need to be as fluid as possible otherwise this will reflect in the spray pattern. You need to think about your stance and if you have to do a dry run to make sure you can reach or move comfortably then it’s well worth it. Try a wider stance and use your body to reach rather than stepping if you can and be flexible and relaxed. We talk a lot about body position on the courses are we think its really important to get this right to make sure that you don’t put any unnecessary stress on your body and joints.
